If you have a manuscript that you wish us to look at, you must FIRST send us a query letter, via e-mail. DO NOT SEND A MANUSCRIPT, without first being advised to do so by staff at Second Chance Publications. Any manuscripts sent without prior approval, will be summarily destroyed.
